... please help us help you by providing the following information where applicable (in addition to the info posted under your profile):
  • What is the SR#? (for an explanation, read here)
  • If you're running on WinXP, have you installed Service Pack 2 (SP2)?
  • If you are getting a "*" in the account box, click it and record the message
  • What model of PC (or laptop) is eP installed on?
  • What is your chip speed and RAM level?
  • Who is your ISP (e.g., AOL, Sprint, etc.)?
  • What video card is installed? (only if you are encountering display problems)
